  • Can I have the 360 Photo Booth/Open Air Photo Booth outdoors?
    We can provide our photo booths outdoor. We will recommend to be near a power outlet and a level surface to set up everything. Please send a picture of where you would like us to set up to make sure it will be a good spot.
  • Can I receive all of the videos/pictures captured?
    You sure can! We can provide a USB of all of the videos captured within 7 business days of the event so you can download and share with whoever you please.
  • How much room do I need for the booth?
    Generally we ask for a 10x10' footprint with at least 8' of clearance above. We can downsize this a bit if needed to accommodate your event needs. Please contact us for details.
  • How do I get my 360 videos/images?
    All your guest can download their videos any method they like instant for them to download and share.
  • How long are the videos?
    The 360 booth videos will generally be 16-20 seconds long. This is to help with transmission speeds when users send via text or email.
  • Do you provide a staff?
    All the 360 packages include an attendant who will set up, operate and remove the booth following the completion of the service window. The Open-Air Photo Booth package will include setup and removal.
  • How long does it take to set up?
    The 360 photo booth packages include a 2-hour set up window. The Open-Air/iPad Photo Booth package include an hour set up window.
  • Does the package include props?
    Yes, every package includes fun and trendy props
  • How many people fit on the 360 photo booth?
    Up to 4 to 5 people can utilize the platform safely.
  • What's your cancellation policy?
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and may require changes to your event date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 14 days' notice to avoid being responsible for the full invoiced amount. We value our clients and strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible, so if something occurs that affects your date, please let us know immediately.
